Job Description

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, one of Greece’s leading B2B service providers with more than 55 years of market presence, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its IT Helpdesk team.

You will report to the IT Operations Director and support users across all business units, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support while ensuring system reliability and security.  Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day end-user IT support (remote & on-site)
  • Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, and endpoints
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Administer Active Directory (onboarding/offboarding, security groups)
  • Manage cloud-based platforms (RMM, Microsoft 365)
  • Ensure compliance with operational and security procedures
  • Prepare basic reporting and ensure endpoint health

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support roles
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 11 and Active Directory
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals and mobile devices
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Good command of English
