- Provide 1st and 2nd level support to users
- Keep ticketing and activity tracking systems up-to-date with job progress
- Keep the IT Manager and Helpdesk informed of task status, escalating when needed
- Conduct system upgrades, maintenance, and support tasks
- Check meeting room facilities daily and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage meeting room facilities readiness, ensuring they are prepared for use
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required.
