ICAP Outsourcing Solutions, one of Greece’s leading B2Bservice providers with more than 55 years of market presence, is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join its IT Helpdesk team.
You will report to the IT Operations Director and supportusers across all business units, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support whileensuring system reliability and security. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day end-user IT support (remote & on-site)Manage and maintain PCs, laptops, and endpointsDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issuesLog, track, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAsAdminister Active Directory (onboarding/offboarding, security groups)Manage cloud-based platforms (RMM, Microsoft 365)Ensure compliance with operational and security proceduresPrepare basic reporting and ensure endpoint healthΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field(or equivalent experience)Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support rolesHands-on experience with Windows 11 and Active DirectoryGood understanding of networking fundamentals and mobile devicesStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsTeam-oriented mindset with a proactive attitudeGood command of EnglishΠαροχές:
