Join our MMST ITSM Platform team as an ITSM Engineer, where you will play a key role in the configuration, development, and support of our IT Service Management (ITSM) tool – Ivanti Neurons. You will work in a dynamic technical support environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure our ITSM platform meets the evolving needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support the Ivanti Neurons ITSM system.
• Integrate ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and tools.
• Define and implement ITSM processes based on ITIL best practices.
• Act as a liaison between MediaMarktSaturn and third-party tool vendors, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
