Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior ITSM Solutions Architect with an active Secret clearanceto lead the end‑to‑end design, integration, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions across the enterprise. This position will be located in Arlington, VA, and will be a hybrid position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Engages with stakeholders to capture business and technical requirements, mapping current‑state ITSM processes, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and developing future‑state architectures that improve the reliability, efficiency, and consistency of service delivery.
  • Evaluates and recommends ITSM frameworks, automation opportunities, and tool integrations, including but not limited to ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, SCCM, and Qualys, to create a cohesive, modernized service management environment.
