Senior IT/Smart/Security Systems Engineer

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT / Smart / Security Systems Engineer to join our engineering back-office team and support the delivery of major infrastructure and urban development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in ICT, smart infrastructure, and security systems design, with proven experience contributing to multidisciplinary consultancy deliverables for large-scale infrastructure programs, including digital networks, smart city systems, and integrated security solutions. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to deliver high-quality technical outputs across project stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience in IT, smart systems, or security infrastructure design.
• Strong background in ICT networks, smart city infrastructure, surveillance systems, access control, and digital utilities integration.
• Proven experience working on large infrastructure and urban development projects.
• Consultancy or multidisciplinary engineering environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with smart systems platforms, structured cabling, fiber networks, ELV systems, and security standards.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation, coordination requirements, and design delivery processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and technical reporting skills.
• Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to all IT, smart systems, and security engineering deliverables across infrastructure project stages.
• Develop and review design drawings, specifications, technical reports, and documentation for ICT and security systems.
• Support planning and integration of smart infrastructure networks within large-scale developments.
• Coordinate effectively with utilities, electrical, controls, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Participate in design reviews, quality assurance checks, and technical problem-solving activities.
• Ensure digital and security systems are properly integrated with other infrastructure components.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and CAD teams.
