least 5-7 years' experience with Java and J2EE open systems (with no learning curve). Prefer Financial Industry domain experience. ISD candidates must have hands on coding experience (position requires 80-90% coding and 10 – 20% leading junior developers). For Contract ISD positions, we will not consider junior or skill change candidates. ISD's need Java, J2EE, standard Java technology and related products.
ISD Lead and ISD Senior difference: Lead needs excellent written and verbal communication skills and be client facing with workshops, phone calls, deliverables, etc. Otherwise, both positions are the same. For ISD CTP: Struts, Hibernate and Spring are required. ...
