Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate.
- Implement and optimize Kafka for event streaming and messaging.
- Work with Redis / RabbitMQ for caching and message queuing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–13 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in Hibernate/JPA for ORM and database integration.
- Expertise in Kafka for distributed messaging.
- Experience with Redis / RabbitMQ for caching and queue management.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines.
