Senior Java Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Latin America. This is a hands-on senior role with opportunities for technical leadership and mentorship.

You will work on an internal platform, designing and building backend services and integrations that support scalable, multi-tenant systems. While this role is primarily individual contributor at the start, candidates must have prior experience mentoring or leading other developers and be comfortable stepping into a team lead role as the team grows.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Java (17 or higher)
• Production experience with Spring Boot and/or Quarkus
