Senior Judgment Implementation Officer

Responsibilities

• Registering and enforcing judgments issued in traffic cases, issuing enforcement orders, and sending enforcement orders to the competent authorities.
• Entering charges after sentencing in the Public Prosecution program.
• Calculating the length of detention for defendants.
• Reviewing enforcement order documents issued by those executing the judgments.
• Contributing to the approval of enforcement orders.
• Contributing to the approval of arrest warrants.
• Responding to requests received regarding the calculation of the period of detention.
• Executing requests for the payment of insurance/fine differences (seized in connection with criminal cases).

Qualifications

1. UAE National
2. Finished national service (for males)
3. Has a bachelor's degree
