Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract, taking ownership of our Main Account Group in Switzerland. In this strategic role, you'll lead negotiations, conduct customer analysis, and recommend actions to address risks and unlock opportunities.

You'll also be responsible for preparing customer plans and presentations, implementing tools to strengthen customer relationships, and supporting the alignment of cross-functional and cross-customer activities to drive efficiency and effectiveness across our operations.

This role reports to our Commercial Manager for Switzerland and is based in our Rotkreuz, Zug office, with flexibility for hybrid working.
