Key Responsibilities
The Senior L1 / Shift Lead is responsible for owning L1 operations during an assigned shift and acting as the first escalation and decision authority within L1. This role ensures operational stability, SLA adherence, and high-quality incident handling across enterprise data pipelines, ETL jobs, and BI reporting platforms.
This role is hands-on but disciplined — focused on operational correctness, not deep technical debugging.

* 4–7 years in data operations / ETL production support * Minimum 2 years in a senior or lead role in L1 / L2 support * Experience supporting enterprise data platforms in production * Prior experience in SLA-driven environments
