As a Senior Land Use Planner , you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering complex planning approvals, advising clients, and representing projects through municipal and regulatory processes. You’ll lead high-profile planning files, mentor junior planners, and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and municipalities. What You’ll Do:

As a key part of our land development design team, you’ll help bring Alberta’s communities to life by:

• Lead complex land use planning projects including ASPs, NSPs, Outline Plans, rezonings, and subdivision approvals from initiation through approval.
