Senior Landscape Architect

The purpose of this role is to lead and manage landscape design projects, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions that enhances the quality of life for occupants and meets project goals.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments
• Guiding the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Client and stakeholder management
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals
• Organising and directing junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
• Demonstrating an expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's
• Conceptual Design and Comprehensive landscape master plans and proposals
• Detailed Construction Documentation
• Project Reports and presentations
• Effective resolution of any design-related issues that arise during landscape execution - RFI's and Site Instructions

Qualifications :

• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture
• 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices and local regulations.
• In depth knowledge about planting species and planting design for landscape spaces of varying scales
