  • Minimum Bachelor of Architecture/ Manster of Landscape Architecture Degree preferable
  • Minimum 8 years working experience (or 5-10 years with exceptional portfolio and skills)
  • Project Management Experience (Demonstrated Experience / Certification Preferred)
  • Excellent Leadership and Soft Skills
  • Design Management, QA/QC & Value Engineering
  • Advanced to Expert Level Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator & Acrobat Pro)
  • BIM/Revit Experience highly recommended and valued during prequalification
  • Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
