Senior Lead Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description: -

Be the thoughtful leader in the focus area: go-to person for internal teams, hands on, strategic BI projects in the environment with a primary focus on Data Warehousing Cloud Technologies – Snowflake and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise BI solutions using Snowflake and Databricks
  • Develop complex, optimized SQL queries in Snowflake to support dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and executive reporting
  • Leverage Databricks for large-scale data transformations and advanced analytics
  • Own and standardize business metrics, KPIs, and reporting definitions across the organization
  • Ensuring solutions meet the current requirements and they can evolve to support future requirements without costly network and disruptions.
  • Implement and enforce BI best practices, including performance tuning, data governance, and documentation

    • Required Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor’s Engineering in data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL , especially in Snowflake
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks analytics
  • Experience working with large-scale cloud data warehouses and data lakes
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics best practices
  • Experience with at least one BI or visualization tool
