Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategy to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
  • Build and manage outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners to increase lead flow and strengthen referral pipelines.
  • Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and manage prospect and referral lists for optimized outreach and conversion.
  • Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging and compliance standards.
  • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability.
  • Nurture leads through structured follow-up cycles until ready for pre-assessment scheduling.
  • Schedule pre-assessment appointments directly with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and confirm details with clients.
