Description GSPANN is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Developer to drive platform development, customizations, integrations, and CMDB optimization while ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. The role involves leading technical discussions, managing platform performance, and delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Provide development and support for ServiceNow platform issues, including root cause analysis and permanent fixes. Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow. Collaborate with process consultants to align platform capabilities with ITIL best practices. Manage and optimize ensuring data integrity and alignment with configuration management processes. Lead technical discussions and provide guidance. Work closely with project managers to support ServiceNow-related project deliverables. Perform impact analysis and implement changes following change management protocols. Monitor platform performance and implement proactive measures to ensure high availability. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform upgrades and enhancements. ServiceNow certifications like CSA, CAD, ITSM, etc. are highly desirable. Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies. Knowledge of performance tuning and platform security best practices. Expertise in process consulting and aligning technical solutions with business processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
