Job Description

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, the **Senior Learning and Development Coordinator** will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to the learning and development priorities of the organization.



**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program

+ Lead or support quick wins, process improvements, and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations

+ Lead or support in the conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s

+ Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives
