Senior Learning and Development Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, the Senior Learning and Development Coordinator will design and deliver technical courses and skill-based training that align to the learning and development priorities of the organization.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the execution of business as usual, small-scale training program.
• Lead or support quick wins, process improvements, and initiatives that will improve learning and development operations.
• Lead or support in the conceptualization, preparation and implementation of new courses/s.
• Work and develop relationships with trainers, consultants and learning business partners in delivering function or organization-wide learning and development programs or initiatives.
