Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Learning Design Professional to join our team! In this role you will get to execute the design, development and implementation of technical eLearning content. The role will be responsible for the development of innovative, self-paced learning and the successful implementation of blended learning modules relevant to the business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leads the Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture on the project, and empowers the Team to execute health/safety/wellbeing initiatives.
  • Demonstrates leadership behaviors, in line with the established Core Values, at all times. Safety, Inclusion, Collaboration, Quality, Innovation, Integrity
  • Manages, coaches and mentors’ junior staff to successfully contribute to the department deliverables.
