You will manage and support the planning, development, and execution of training initiatives. Responsibilities include training needs assessments, program design, documentation maintenance, and compliance support with ISO standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR, preferably in manufacturing, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and proficiency in relevant HR systems.
