Senior Learning & Development Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales team at Marsh. This role can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth. Reporting to the Sales Knowledge, Learning & Development Manager, the Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in supporting the learning and development of our colleagues across the Pacific. The Learning & Development team is a key element of our People Strategy, responsible for ensuring our training program supports broking Professional Standards and Compliance requirements as well as ongoing technical learning and identified soft skills to support client service.
