Senior Learning & Development Specialist (Remote)

PURPOSE:

This position will play a critical role as part of the team enabling the modernization of the company’s Provider Data Management system. Working with a cross functional team, this position will spearhead change management, design and facilitation of initial and ongoing end-user training, creating and maintenance of SOPs and other resources in support of operational efficiency and workforce productivity. The ideal candidate will be experienced in training, instructional design, change management and excited to contribute to the implementation of a new system from the ground up.

Designs and facilitates training of the Provider Data Management system to internal end users to enhance product, program or corporate initiative proficiency and increase organizational performance.
