Senior Leasing Executive

Support the implementation of leasing plans and strategies execution to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify emerging retail trends, brands, and concepts.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants and brand partners.

Coordinate tenant onboarding and ensure smooth tenancy setup.

Assist in the preparation and management of lease documentation, tenancy negotiations, and lease renewals.

Support the preparation of leasing reports, financial assessments, and leasing proposals for management review.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: Preferred 5 years experience in leasing, commercial real estate or property management.

Possess strong knowledge of lease terms, financial analysis, and retail operations.
