1st Position : Litigation
We are hiring a Senior Executive – Legal for our Litigation Team :
Experience: 2–4 years in litigation
Qualification: LLB
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle civil and residential litigation related to construction projects
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and notices
Manage disputes involving contracts, land, vendors, labor, and RERA
Provide legal support and opinions to internal teams
2nd Position : Non Litigation
We are hiring a Senior Executive - Legal for our Non Litigation Team :
Experience: 2–4 years in Non litigation
Qualification: LLB
Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
Roles & Responsibilities :
Draft, review, and finalize property title reports
Draft and register Sale Deed, GPA, Agreement to Sale, JDA, MoU, Partition Deed, Gift Deed, etc
Coordinate with Internal team members
Liaise with government authorities (DC, AC, Tahasildar, Taluk Office, Sub-Registrar) for property documents and related matters
