Marketing Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Design and implement the annual Brand Plan (Product, Price, Distribution and Promotion) aligned with the SBU, to achieve the KPIs defined: Sales (vol & val), MS% (vol & val) plus specific objectives determined for the year.
  • Participate in and evaluate Consumer Marketing oriented research and analysis, promotions, public relations, media and advertising associated with assigned brands or products; assess their success against plan (P&I).
  • Participate in and evaluate Medical Marketing oriented research and analysis, knows Pharma specific Metrics such as Prescriptions, Indications and Productivity per Medical Specialty, promotions, public relations with Key Influencers and Key Opinion Leaders; Medical Speaker Network development and management, ad hoc media and advertising associated with assigned brands or products; assesses their success against plan (P&I).
  • Ensure the adequate planning of the Logistic Rolling FC, together with the Sales Intelligence and Supply areas, to guarantee the agreed FC Accuracy levels.
  • Function as a liaison between Consumer Care and Pharma Divisions: actively develop, engage and follow up synergies among Brands in order to optimize resources and exponentially increase the company impact in both Medical and Consumer Marketing.
  • Deep understanding, knowledge, interpretation and usage of Marketing Excellence tools and have the ability to adapt these tools to Medical Marketing Metrics and Indicators.
  • Works closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory and medical affairs functions on design, distribution, and product specifications/changes as needed.
  • Ensure implementation of the strategy with internal and external Key Stakeholders of both Consumer Goods and Medical Market: KAMs, Top Retailers (i.e. Walmart), Medical Associations, Key Opinion Leaders, Sales Force Team, Trade Marketing team, etc.
  • Develop, lead and follow up a Medical Marketing Plan and a Continuous Medical Education Plan for Key Specialties. Develop, lead and follow up Trade Marketing, Below the Line and Above the Line Campaigns.

We are looking for someone as close as possible to this experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or similar careers.
  • Fluent and proficient English level able to maintain a business conversation.
  • Effective presentations skills
  • Experience: +4 years in Marketing.
  • Essential knowledge of Medical (Pharma) Marketing and some experience in Consumer or OTC Marketing.
  • Ideal experience balance: Pharma Marketing 70% / Consumer Marketing 30%.

About the Role

Be the architect behind major commercial agreements:

  • Physical energy supply contracts (natural gas & electricity)

  • Credit documentation (CSAs, guarantees, letters of credit)
  • Commercial agreements with suppliers & clients (NDAs, LOIs, MOUs)
  • Procurement contracts, partnerships, brokerage agreements
  • Legal documentation related to M&A activities

Your expertise will directly influence margin protection, customer value, and long‑term commercial viability.

Regulatory Insight & Protection Strategy

You will be the eyes and ears of the business in a shifting regulatory landscape.

  • Monitor, interpret, and translate regulatory changes into business actions

Commercial Dispute Strategy

Lead the legal response to disputes and high‑stakes events:

Your approach will focus on smart, commercially driven solutions.

Partnering with External Counsel

When specialized support is needed:

  • Select, coordinate, and manage external law firms
  • Maintain final ownership of strategy, conclusions, and recommendations
Operational Excellence & Governance

Strengthen business performance by:

  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies (Ethics, Compliance, Credit, etc.)
  • Driving digitalization of legal processes
  • Maintaining alignment with corporate legal functions

Externally, you’ll collaborate with: Clients & suppliers and Specialized law firms.

What You Bring
  • Background: Qualified Mexican lawyer, Advanced legal studies (Master’s or LL.M.) preferred
  • 10+ years in energy management or supply (gas & power)
  • 5+ years in the Mexican energy sector
  • Deep understanding of Mexican gas/electricity regulation
  • Strong knowledge of energy products, trading, and risk‑management instruments
