Role Overview

• Manage and mentor project teams to achieve high‑quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, balancing creativity with technical precision.

Creative Design

• Help develop lighting concepts for varied environments under the Senior Designer.
• Present designs using sketches, diagrams, and mood boards.
