Essential Functions
Assist with the development, implementation, configuration and support of the enterprise-wide content and collaboration platform Comply with company best practices and procedures while responding to platform issues by analyzing the problem, working with team members and external vendors on formulating a solution, and changing or repairing the application to avoid costly interruption of service to users Work closely with software vendor technical resources on system performance and stability issues, bug fixes and feature enhancements across physical, virtual and mobile environments; work in an agile and diligent manner to align internal needs of the enterprise with vendor deliverables Collaborate with internal technology teams to leverage and implement platform feature offerings and enhancements extending the end to end service offering Monitor daily system performance and proactively address hardware, software, services and/or system performance issues; author precise implementation steps and develop server-side scripts to assist with new system deployments, upgrades, and patches on the existing environment Experience/Background
7 to 10 years of experience Minimum 5 years- experience with Linux (Preferred RedHat or comparable), Windows and O365 Online (SharePoint and OneDrive for Business) Scripting (Perl, Bash, Javascript, HTML) Perform operations in a fast paced environment Troubleshoot large scale technical environments across multiple teams Work within a team and independently Work Environment
