We’re especially interested in candidates who are curious, energetic, self-directed, and excited by challenging legal problems.
What You’ll Do

Represent clients in administrative appeals, investigations, audits, and other dispute-related proceedings.
Draft pleadings, declarations, and routine motions, working closely with lead counsel.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute thoughtfully as part of a supportive, team-oriented practice.
Help develop litigation strategies and move matters forward efficiently and thoughtfully.
What We’re Looking For
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
At least 10 years of experience practicing law.
Solid, substantive litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and managing discovery.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills, with a knack for explaining complex issues clearly.
Comfort working independently, paired with a genuine interest in collaborating with others.
Experience with disputes involving government agencies (litigation, investigations, or audits) is a plus.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Active license to practice law in the District of Columbia.
