Our client is building a new rewards and loyalty platform, inspired by the best free-to-play games but grounded in real money, trust, and long-term economics. They treat LiveOps as a core business system, not a cosmetic layer. Events, offers, goals, passes, and experiments are how they steer user behaviour, economics, and long-term value. This role sits at the heart of how the product performs day to day and month to month.

What you’ll do

You will design, set up, and run LiveOps features such as events, offers, goals, and experiments.

You will own the calendar, configuration, tuning, and post-analysis.

You will work closely with Systems Design, Product, and Data to optimize conversion, retention, and monetisation.

You will continuously iterate on live systems, balancing short-term performance with long-term health.
