Job Description

A federal Crown corporation in Canada is seeking a leader to guide their loan operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in a financial institution or lending solutions, along with leadership experience in developing high-performing teams. This role requires strong relationships with both internal partners and external stakeholders, as well as optimizing processes and systems in a hybrid work environment. Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
