Job Description
As the Senior Localization Project Associate, you will be the operational backbone of our global expansion efforts. We are looking for a seasoned localization professional who has moved past basic coordination and is ready to own complex localization workflows for our products.You will act as the bridge between our product/marketing teams and our network of linguists, ensuring that the voice is culturally accurate, compliant, and engaging across 30+ languages. You will not just manage tickets; you will manage quality, stakeholders, and the user experience.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the localization of UI, Marketing, and Help Center content across 30+ languages
Manage timelines and hand-offs in our TMS, ensuring files are delivered to linguists or AI workflows correctly
Prompting & Context: Apply best practices in prompting to ensure AI-generated content receives the correct context
AI Quality Spot-Checks: Act as the first line of defense by spot-checking LLM outputs f...
