• Plan and coordinate the shipment of import and export, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics service providers to coordinate the transportation of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and other paperwork related to logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments including tracking information and proof of delivery.
• Resolve any issues related to shipping including lost or damaged shipments and delivery delays.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to shipping and transportation.
