Logistics Supervisor Sr


Overview:


This role involves overseeing logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and optimization of processes.




  • Focused on HC management, able to supervise and motivate his/her team. Strong skills for performance management and coaching his/her collaborators. Able to manage conflict resolution and de-escalation. Strong focus on resource optimization across different tasks.


  • Inbound/outbound shipping coordination. Strong understanding in Goods Receiving, Cycle Count, Storage & Shipping processes. Knowledge of SAP DN processing and shipping modules. Inventory management skills. Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping platforms (FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL etc.). Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.


  • Experience identifying and automating manual processes Familiarity with logistics automation tools (e.g., barcode scanners WMS TMS). Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus ERP system experience Oracle SAP etc..
