Senior Logistics Specialist

1.Objective of the Position Implement, lead and oversee the national last mile logistics operations for the e-commerce delivery business, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality parcel deliveries through a new operative model; third-party REGIONAL logistics vendor (LSPs) across all Mexican states. This position ensures on-time delivery performance , customer satisfaction , and continuous improvement in alignment with company growth, cost savings and las mile delivery service standards. 2.Main Strategic Responsibilities 3PL Vendor Management Manage and monitor on field and remote the Regional LSP provider s responsible for national parcel pickup and delivery for regions. Ensure full compliance with contractual agreements LSA, SLA and NDA . Which SLAs and KPIs (on-time delivery SLA=P95, proof of delivery, NDRS´s & close loops incident resolution, cost efficiency).
