Location: Pune (On-ground | Pune Region)
OSS Properties is a Pune-based real estate channel partner working exclusively with premium and luxury residential projects across Pune West and key Pune micro-markets. We collaborate closely with leading developers and their sourcing teams to deliver high-value transactions for discerning homebuyers and investors.
We are now looking to onboard experienced, self-driven real estate professionals who have a proven track record of closing luxury real estate deals and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Role Overview
This is a pure sales and closure-focused role for professionals who:
• Thrive in high-value conversations
• Are confident dealing with HNIs and premium clients
• Can generate, engage, and close leads through cold calling and telephonic discussions
• Own the deal end-to-end — from first call to site visit to closure

Key Responsibilities
• Handle luxury segment residential sales across Pune
• Make cold calls to designated data and convert prospects into site visits and closures
• Engage and convince high-end customers through strong telephonic and in-person communication
• Conduct site visits and property showcases independently
• Manage the complete sales cycle single-handedly
• Build and maintain relationships with builders, channel partner teams, and sourcing managers
• Work with minimal inputs while consistently delivering results

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile
• 4–5+ years of experience in real estate sales (Luxury / Premium segment preferred)
• Experience working with channel partners (not direct builder sales teams)
• Proven record of closing high-ticket real estate deals
• Strong cold-calling and telephonic sales skills
• Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable handling high-net-worth clients
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Deep understanding of the Pune real estate market
• Own vehicle mandatory (for site visits across Pune)
• Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented

• Fixed Salary: ₹5 – ₹10 LPA (based on experience & performance)
• Incentives: High, uncapped commissions
• Earning Potential: ₹20 LPA+ for consistent performers
