What You will Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and services.
- Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data Scientists & Product Managers to bring AI/ML models into production.
- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience as a Python Developer.
- Strong in Django / Flask / Fast API and API development.
- Proficiency in databases (SQL/No SQL), Git, and CI/CD.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MLOps / AI model deployment.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture & Kafka/Rabbit MQ.
