Senior Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Machine Operator to oversee the operation and maintenance of our premix packaging machine. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and accurate filling of premix into various packaging formats (packets and jars), perform routine maintenance, and contribute to meeting daily production targets. An ITI or Diploma in a relevant technical field and experience in the FMCG sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate the premix packaging machine, ensuring efficient and accurate filling of packets (1kg, 0.5kg) and jars.
2. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on the packaging machine to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
3. Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues with the machine.
4. Adhere to daily production schedules and ensure production targets are met.
