Description CTG is seeking to fill a Senior Mainframe Application Developer COBOL CICS zOS position for our client Location Remote Duration 21 months Duties Design develop enhance and maintain application programs in an IBM Mainframe zOS environment Develop and support batch and online applications using COBOL and CICS Create modify and maintain JCL VSAM files and related job streams Support payment-processing applications including transaction flows and upstream downstream integrations e g UPS interfaces Perform unit testing debugging performance tuning and production support activities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and solutions Participate in code reviews impact analysis and system documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts QA and infrastructure teams to ensure stable and secure application delivery Skills Strong expertise in IBM Mainframe zOS environm...
