+ Proficiency in COBOL: Expertise in COBOL for mainframe application development.
+ Database Management: Strong experience with IMS Database Management (DB/DC) and DB2 Database Management.
+ JCL Skills: Advanced skills in Job Control Language (JCL) for job scripts and batch processing.
