Senior Maintenance Engineer

With the opening of the first ever innocent-owned factory, we want to be known as “the earth’s favourite little healthy drinks factory” which entails setting ambitious and inspiring targets setting us apart from how a factory is typically operated. This factory will produce more than 300 million litres a year and has 220 employees working in a 24/7 operation.

Reporting to the maintenance and engineering lead, the Senior Maintenance Engineer will ensure that equipment is maintained to the highest possible standards to maximise productivity and quality in a safe environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the Operational Availability of the site by proactively identifying threats-to-availability.
