Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering team within our Winnipeg Head Office located at 140 Otter Street.

Reporting to Corporate Engineering leadership, the Senior Maintenance Reliability Engineer will collaborate with maintenance departments and engineering to focus platform-wide (Instant Ticket Operations) on improving equipment reliability and preventing equipment failures by analyzing data, developing maintenance strategies and leading implementation of improved solutions and practices for ensuring long term reliability.

In this role, you will combine problem-solving, business strategy and manufacturing, being the SME at identifying potential issues and preventing as many as possible, and since equipment issues or failures are difficult to avoid entirely, will provide guidance for handling breakdowns that do occur.
