Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager – Accounts to lead core accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and drive accuracy, discipline, and process efficiency across financial functions. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical grounding, and the ability to manage teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and finalization of accounts

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax (TDS, Advance Tax, Returns), and Companies Act

• Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits; coordinate with auditors and advisors

• Prepare MIS, cash flow reports, and variance analysis for management
