**What you'll do...**
We are looking for a **Senior Manager of Data Analytics** . This position will report into the Director of Data. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable coding, performing hands-on analytics, as well as mentoring other associates on the team. You will be an expert on our data and data platforms, **partnering with Product and Business to uncover new opportunities as an authority on product analytics that will help generate key insights to scale our product suite.** **What You’ll Do**
+ Mentor and lead a team of analysts focused on empowering analytics and delivering insights across the New Propositions product suite.
+ Build dashboards, set up and manage experiments, and provide data-driven insights to assist decision making
+ Provide input into personalization algorithms to inform product and business roadmaps
+ Build automated solutions for regular reporting for leadership
