Lead Business System Analyst/Product Owner for Agency – AIO Sales, Lead and Portal Servicing streams.
As a Lead Business System Analyst, you will lead the existing team, guide, and assist them with Discovery Workshops, Requirement Gathering User Story Management, Product backlog Tracking, UAT Strategy and Planning, Test Case Review and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time with quality.To facilitate working in Agile environment, User Requirement / User Story documentation, UAT and implementation of complex requirements.Proven track record and expertise in Gathering, Analyzing, Detailing complex business requirements with multiple collaborators.Efficiently lead team members and provide continued mentorship to scale up team capabilities...
