Job Title: Senior Manager /AGM– Human Resources

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer / Director – HR / CEO

Team Reporting: HR Executives, Payroll, Recruitment, HR Ops, Training, IR



Role Purpose

To lead and manage the end-to-end Human Resource function for a 250-bed NABH-accredited hospital, ensuring statutory compliance, clinical workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture aligned with patient care excellence and healthcare quality standards.
