Senior Manager Analytics

We are partnering with a fast-growing global Data & AI consulting firm to hire a Senior Manager – Analytics Consulting for a critical leadership role within their consulting practice.

This is a high-visibility position involving enterprise-scale analytics transformation, CXO engagement, and ownership of complex global consulting programs.

Role Summary

The role will lead end-to-end analytics and data transformation engagements, act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and AI.

The position reports to a Senior Director / AVP and offers strong long-term growth into Director-level roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data & analytics transformation programs for enterprise clients
• Act as a trusted advisor to CXO / senior leadership
• Structure and manage complex consulting engagements end-to-end
• Translate analytics into clear business strategy and decisions
• Drive delivery governance, quality, and client satisfaction
• Support presales, RFPs, and solution shaping
• Build, mentor, and grow high-performing consulting teams

Candidate Profile

• 10–16+ years of experience in analytics, data, or technology consulting
• Proven track record delivering large / multi-million-dollar transformation programs
• Strong depth in either analytics & AI or business / operating-model transformation
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global enterprise clients
• Stable career track record (not a job hopper)
