The SeniorManager, ApplicationDevelopmentis responsible forleading a team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality, secure, and compliant technology solutions that support CIBCs businessobjectives. This role oversees the execution of technical projects, fosters a collaborative and inclusive team environment, and ensures the responsible use of AI and technologyin accordance withCIBCs Enterprise AI Framework and data privacy policies. The Sr. Manager supports team members professional growth and promotes continuous improvement and innovation in software development and technology operations.
