What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The Senior Manager, Application Development is accountable for managing multiple development projects, development groups, and application support functions for a major line of business within CIBCs Finance Technology team. This role oversees the development, testing, and implementation of organization-wide systems while directing, motivating, and developing staff to maximize their individual contributions and foster effective team performance. The incumbent works closely with business partners to deliver application programs that drive business improvement and operational excellence.
